Qualfon India paid a special visit to an NGO (The Earth Saviours Foundation) on March 13th, 2025, right before Holi, the festival of colors, as part of our Give at Work initiative. It was a wonderful day filled with joy, as volunteers from various Qualfon teams came together to serve food to over 750 underprivileged and mentally challenged individuals.

To accelerate innovation, we drive a hackathon every year ; it brings Programmers, designers, and other tech enthusiasts together to collaborate and create innovative software solution within a short period of time, usually ranging from few days to few weeks. Participants work in teams to develop innovative solutions to real-world problems or to build new products or services.
Qualfon has it’s own corporate university serving over 15,000 employees having main focus on employee enrichment with various skill set and capabilities. On the Educations side, it provides all employees with a path to discover and develop their Vocation while at Qualfon, at little to no cost to the employees. Our engineers take advantage of this opportunity to enhance their skills and keep up with the latest technologies and earn advanced degrees/certifications.
Qualfon University also provides certifications programs to middle and high management positions, including 6 Sigma Green Belt Certification. Today, all managers in the organization possess this certification.
