Strides
STRIDES is an acronym that represents our seven company values: Service, Teamwork, Results, Integrity, Dignity, Encouragement and Spirituality.
Service | Service is living. Our customer service value is enhancing our clients’ experience by helping their customers. Every call we answer and every transaction we process is an opportunity to enhance the customer’s experience and make each person’s life better.
Teamwork | Work as a Team and Family. Although we are people with many different beliefs, cultures, and ethnic backgrounds, we are a family that takes care of each other and, through our unity, we can accomplish greater things together.
Results | Operate at High Levels of Performance. Ensure that goals are met in an effective and efficient manner with an attitude of service.
Integrity | Act with Integrity. Be honest, decent and trustworthy. Integrity means following through with our word and being impeccable with our actions.

Hackathon
Ongoing digital disruption is challenging enterprises to keep pace with the accelerating rate of technological change.
We are innovation enthusiasts driving the digital revolution forward. Our passion and unique perspective propels every idea, concept and solution we create.
To accelerate innovation, we drive a hackathon every year ; it brings Programmers, designers, and other tech enthusiasts together to collaborate and create innovative software solution within a short period of time, usually ranging from few days to few weeks. Participants work in teams to develop innovative solutions to real-world problems or to build new products or services.
Qualfon University
Qualfon has it’s own corporate university serving over 15,000 employees having main focus on employee enrichment with various skill set and capabilities. On the Educations side, it provides all employees with a path to discover and develop their Vocation while at Qualfon, at little to no cost to the employees. Our engineers take advantage of this opportunity to enhance their skills and keep up with the latest technologies and earn advanced degrees/certifications.
Qualfon University also provides certifications programs to middle and high management positions, including 6 Sigma Green Belt Certification. Today, all managers in the organization possess this certification.
